2012 Scheduling Information

Seven weekly camps are offered this year at Los Altos High School and six weeks of camp at Homestead High School. Join us for one week or a full summer, the choice is yours. Dates:
  • Week 1: June 11, 2012- June 15, 2012 (*Available at Los Altos ONLY!)
  • Week 2: June 18, 2012- June 22, 2012
  • Week 3: June 25, 2012- June 29, 2012
  • Week 4: July, 2 2012- July 6, 2012 (Both camps closed Wed July 4)
  • Week 5: July, 9 2012- July 13, 2012
  • Week 6: July, 16 2012- July 20, 2012
  • Week 7: July, 23 2012- July 27, 2012

*Homestead campers are welcome to attend the Los Altos camp for week 1 and then switch to Homestead for the remaining weeks

Times:
  • Full Day Camp 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Extended Program 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
A Typical Day at Golden Eagle
7:30 am-9:30 am Extended Care – supervised open gym
9:30 am-10:00 am Campers arrive – normal drop-off time
10:00 am Roll Call
10:00 am-12:15 pm Periods 1, 2, and 3
12:15 pm-1:00 pm Lunch (free BBQ provided every Friday)
1:00 pm-2:20 pm Periods 4 & 5
2:20 pm-2:35 pm Popsicle Break (watermelon on Fridays)
2:35 pm-3:15 pm Period 6
3:15 pm-4:00 pm All-Camp activities – free swim, indoor soccer, arts & crafts, board games
4:00 pm-4:15 pm Parents pick-up campers
4:15 pm-6:00 pm Extended Care – movies, games, snacks
