Employment Opportunities

We are always looking for energetic, qualified people who can work in the following positions:

Junior Counselors

Incoming 9th graders who have attended Golden Eagle in previous years are encouraged to apply. No salary is given but a small bonus is given at the end of the camp season plus an option to receive minimum wage for extended care hours worked. Junior Counselors are usually offered a paid position the following summer if their evaluations are satisfactory.

Counselors

High school and college students with an athletic background are encouraged to apply. Preference is given to Los Altos and Homestead students who have attended Golden Eagle Camp in previous years. Starting salary begins at minimum wage with yearly increases for returning Counselors.

Life Guards

Must be 21 years or older and hold a valid lifeguard certificate. Salary to be negotiated.
